MUNICH – ITOCHU will supply Takaya flying probe test customers with Aster Technologies’ novel test coverage analysis tool.
Aster’s TPQR for Takaya permits users to independently compute the test coverage provided by Takaya alone, or combined with other test/inspection equipment.
No financial terms of the partnership were disclosed.
