TAIPEI – Universal Scientific Industrial, a top 15 global EMS company, reported consolidated October revenues fell 9% year-over-year to NT$4.66 billion ($143.4 million).

Sales were also down 9% sequentially.

EMS revenues were NT$1.38 billion, or 30% of total sales, up three points sequentially. Communication equipment sales were NT$1.12 billion, good for 24% of revenues.

Year to date, sales are down 27% to NT$41.2 billion.
