Fluke software integrates high-resolution thermal data from TiX580, TiX560, TiX1000, TiX660, TiX640 and TiX620 infrared cameras with National Instruments' LabVIEW and MathWorks' MATLAB software, making it easy to add high-resolution IR data, video and images to R&D analysis and reporting. Allows continuous download of pixel-by-pixel, high-resolution radiometric data. Thermally captures video and ports video data frame-by-frame into MATLAB or LabVIEW software, and monitors it over time, identifying very small temperature changes.

X5TC one-component elastomeric system has a thermal conductivity of 10-12 BTU•in/ft2•hr•°F [1.44-1.73 W/m•K] while maintaining solid electrical insulation properties. No mix adhesive/sealant has a paste-like consistency and is said to be easy to use. Readily cures in 8 to 12 hr. at room temperature or in 60 to 90 min. at 150°F. Bonds to many substrates including metals, glass, composites, ceramics, rubbers and plastics. Suitable for bonding dissimilar substrates and performs when subjected to thermal cycling, vibration and shock. Can be used in aerospace, electronic and specialty OEM applications. Service temperature range -80° to +250°F; can withstand brief exposure to temperatures as high as 350° to 400°F. Good resistance to water and oils. Available for use in ounces, ½ pints and pints containers.

N200 punch separates round and odd-shaped panels without dust. Is a top-down air-operated punch for singulating tab-routed PCB panels one tab at a time. Upper and lower matching knife blade is used to pinch tabs apart. Standard die set consists of upper and lower knife for cutting a single tab at a time. Tab is positioned on the lower knife by placing routed section of the panel on a set of locating pins and holding PCB or letting it rest on support table. Cutting location can be adjusted by turning an adjustment screw; brings locating pins to desired place for cutting a tab at the board end of the material. Pins can be adjusted in the x and y direction to bring them close to the sides of the cutting blade and adjust for different diameter panels. Locating pins are mounted on quick-change blocks; can be replaced for different board configurations.
