Electro Polishing Gel is for polishing selected parts of stencils, for greater control over the level of polishing, time and cost savings. Can be applied only to areas that require polishing. Can be used to polish pre-mounted foils, reportedly eliminating starting reference point errors and distortion due to repeated tensioning and handling issues. Degree of electropolishing can be controlled through gel color change, and power consumption is reduced from the traditional 400 to 1000A at 12V to 3A at 12V. Requires approximately 100ml for a typical stencil.
