VK-X series 3D laser scanning microscope has a 0.5 nm Z-axis resolution with a magnification range spanning 200x - 24,000x. Has an AI-Scan function to image and measure a target. Includes high-res color imaging and nm-level profile measurement functions. A short-wavelength laser scans across a target to provide non-contact profile, roughness and thickness measurements, including on targets with angular surfaces. Combines laser with 16-bit photomultiplier; reportedly can obtain an image and measurement on nearly any type of material, as well as thickness measurements on transparent films and coatings. Features include a WIDE-Scan function and a high-speed auto-focus algorithm. Images can be captured at up to 21.6 mp.

ZIF Flex Data Link (ZHDL2 Series) and Socket (ZHR5 Series) system is for high-speed and rugged cable-to-board applications. Is 0.5mm pitch; features rugged latching system with a notch on the flex data link for positive retention and zero insertion force on the pads. Standard weld tabs provide stable connection. Available in two standard lengths and wiring options; typical performance is up to 9.0 GHz (@7dB insertion loss) for a 5" length and 4.14 GHz (@ 7dB insertion loss) for a 10" length. SAS, SATA, Fibre Channel, PCIe, Ethernet and Infiniband are supported. Is RoHS compliant and available in 20, 30, 40 and 50 positions. Signal contacts on top and ground contacts on the bottom optimize signal integrity and high-speed data transfer. Can be modified for custom pin counts and lengths.

VIR-STAT air ionizers are for eliminating static charges in ESD-sensitive assembly areas. Are available in various configurations. Two bench-top units direct ionized air to the workspace directly in front of an assembler. One unit has an RS485 port for data collection; the other does not. Overhead ionizing units are available for controlling larger areas. Reduce “stiction” when handling extremely small insulative components.
