Lakeville, Minnesota, October 19, 2021 - ITW EAE announces a new extended partnership agreement with Sincotron to represent and distribute Vitronics Soltec soldering equipment in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania beginning November 1, 2021. This agreement is an expansion of Sincotron’s representation of ITW EAE’s product line which already included MPM printers, Camalot dispensers, and Electrovert soldering and cleaning equipment.

NOTE's CFO Henrik Nygren has decided to retire and will leave the company in connection with the 2022 Annual General Meeting. Henrik Nygren has worked at NOTE since 2006.

Henrik Nygren will be succeeded by Frida Frykstrand, NOTE's Corporate Accounting Manager and Treasurer. Frida has a master's degree in economics and has worked for NOTE since 2013.
