BANNOCKBURN, Ill., USA, June 29, 2021 — EMS and OEM companies interested in integrating IPC-CFX on existing assembly lines now have access to a portal listing equipment vendors and their support of IPC-CFX on specific legacy equipment models in the field. This portal currently lists more than 120 models or series for which vendors have indicated they can provide either direct software or add-on hardware support.

Improved PCB Quoting Experience for EMS Companies

Dallas, TX (June 29, 2021)– CalcuQuote customers will benefit from a valuable integration between QuoteCQ, the RFQ management system designed for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) contract manufacturers, and Stackrate, a PCB fab manufacturing software product by Germany based company, Electronic Fellows. “We believe that the quoting process in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) and PCB sectors is subject to fundamental change. API-driven solutions are about to replace most of the inefficient email communication within the next few years. With the integration of Stackrate in QuoteCQ, we accelerate this development and make the required technologies accessible to all market participants,” says Stackrate CEO, Florian Herborn.

NOTE has signed a co-operation agreement with a large international customer, long listed on the so-called Fortune 500 list. NOTE will manufacture a new generation of a programming module intended for broad applications in industry and for educational purposes. In addition to electronics production in high quantities, NOTE will be responsible for manufacturing the box build. Batch production has begun at NOTE's plant in China. NOTE has already received fixed orders of just over SEK 150 million for delivery over the next 12-18 months. To meet the high demand, a decision has been made to expand production capacity in China with an additional advanced surface mount production line. NOTE's business model is based on partnerships and long-term customer relationships. The new collaboration is expected over time to be supplemented with several assignments to other companies within the customer's international group.
