mySelective 6745 selective soldering now has an increase in processing speed – up to 50% faster. Is inline capable and quick to set up; is said to be suited to a high product mix environment. Is compact and modular. Uses Easyteach2 program. The higher-volume mySelective 6748 now features a wave height measurement system; reportedly ensures a specific predetermined wave height by automatically adjusting the solder pump RPMs. Wave height is optimized to match PCB height. Offers closed-loop preheater management. Keeps cycle time to the minimum required to reach correct temperature. Both include PCB warpage compensation.
