LaserVision CompactTWIN standalone AOI inspects both sides of double-sided PCBs simultaneously. Is based on LaserVision Compact 3. Second test head examines top and bottom of double-sided PCBs and PTH solder joints at the same time. Inspects PCBs with a bilateral height of 45 mm. Telecentric lenses permit color picture recording with a resolution of 10 μm and 18.7 μm. Covers a working area of 450 x 350 mm. Reported inspection speed of 200,000 cph. Can integrate an angled-view module to perform extra 3D measurements. Designed modularly; can be used as unilateral or bilateral system.
