HiTester 1220 in-circuit tester has newly designed measurement electronics and an optional parallel testing feature for higher test speeds. Features quick connectivity to PC networks. Data conversion outside the Hioki tester family possible on advanced system. Configurable as a functional tester via a dedicated functional test board and measurement units with GPIB controllers. Evaluates boards using the macro test function. Has high-speed, multi-channel measuring instrument. Press-type tester uses fixtures for printed circuit board mass production. Is embedded loaded board tester, micro tester for impedance measurement, active tester and a high-speed data collector.
