iSpector 800 large-format automatic optical inspection system is capable of high-speed inspection of panels from 50mm x 50mm up to 460mm x 800mm. Uses RGB lighting+ on axis white light, a telecentric lens, and algorithms to inspect substrates, including mixed technology, through-hole, SMT and LED panels. Offers defect capture capability, fast programming, and a full SPC suite for defect and process analysis. Larger formats are available on a custom basis; is available in bench-top or inline configurations.
