Senju Releases M705-SHF Series Solder Pastes

M705-SHF Series solder pastes are halogen-free and reflow in air or nitrogen.Halogen content is less than 900ppm each for Cl, Br and F, and less than 1500ppm in combination. Oxide removal reportedly is equal to or better than conventional products. Exhibits continuous printing process stability.
