Provides stencil-to-pad alignment for 01005 chip components, μBGAs, and 0.3mm fine-pitch QFPs. Tool-free clamping systems for squeegees up to 490mm and frames up to 600 x 600mm. Has PLC control with LCD touchscreen programming and operation; automatic print head with programmable stroke and speed; programmable vertical snap-off distance and speed; 480 x 400mm print area; pneumatic clamping system for frames up to 600 x 600mm, and CE-certified pneumatic opening/closing for PCB loading/unloading. PCB mounting hardware with vacuum/support pins are included. Has programmable table height compensation for different PCB thickness.
