FRX16 selective soldering system offers a process range of 16" x 16". Performs point-to-point, drag, and dip soldering using Gaussian Miniwave nozzles (2mm to 8mm OD) and thermal workhorse, the DirectHeat nitrogen inertion system. Has a steel welded frame, flux nozzle technology, a motion control system, and a three-year system warranty. Offers universal batch load configuration, spray flux nozzle, RPS miniwave nozzles, SnPb or Pb-free-ready solder management system, computer, and software.
