LPKF Introduces Laser Source for UV PCB Depaneling Systems

A laser source option is available for the MicroLine family of UV laser circuit board depaneling systems. Can be equipped with a 12-watt power source. Is reportedly ideal for working with thicker materials, such as 1.57mm FR4. MicroLine systems consists of three series: 1000, 2000, and 6000; accommodate various application sizes and production quantities.
