Sarcon PG25A is a 2.5 W/m°K thermal interface material. Is a soft, gel-like compound manufactured in sheet form; can be die cut or trimmed. Has a low compression force; is reportedly ideal for delicate components and vibration absorption. When placed on top of uneven components, it conforms to gaps, peaks and air pockets. Provides a thermal conductivity of 2.5 W/m°K, with a thermal resistance between 0.24 and 1.7 °Cin2/W.  Is offered in nine thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 5mm. Has an operating temperature of -40 to +150°C.
