StripFeeder Mini is for loading tape-and-reel components onto compact modules for prototyping and high-mix, low-volume applications. Features same design as original StripFeeder, but is 134mm x 152mm. Is suited for smaller prototype and rework machines, as well as most SMT pick-and-place equipment. Equipped to handle short strips of components, such as 2-4" of tape. Offers increased lane capacity; can run two StripFeeder Minis in the same space as one StripFeeder. Removable rails can be mounted to accommodate array of tape sizes in same feeder. Can be adjusted by removing rails and repositioning them on the base plate (4mm pitched pattern). Rails align with pin locaters and lock down tightly with magnets. Also features mechanical lock-spring to hold the tape in place by the sprocket hole for part registration and pick-and-place applications. Can remove rails to accommodate larger components up to 120mm tape width. Is compatible with most SMT equipment.
