UVCL UV cure conformal coating is VOC-free and for high-volume use. Is said to cure within seconds upon exposure to UV light and within 48 hr. in shadowed areas. Features storage stability and long shelf life. Is low viscosity, for application of relatively thin films without need for dilution, and provides moisture and chemical resistance. Is nonflammable, fluoresces under UV light for ease of inspection, and offers electrical properties with a wide operating temperature range. Adaptable for different processes and resistant to common thermal shock cycling, moisture vapor, salt-spray, solvent and fluid exposure, and condensing environments. Meets IPC-CC-830 requirements and is UL94 V-0 rated.
