GBRS inline bottom router is designed to depanelize printed circuit board assemblies into individual assemblies without the need for PCB-specific fixtures. PCB is received in incoming conveyor and moves to a gripper station, which handles the PCB. Cutting spindle is positioned beneath PCB to route it. After routing, PCB is picked and placed on outgoing conveyor, while the frame is dropped into waste conveyor. Uses Move, Teach, & Cut control software and has new graphical user interface. Routing capabilities: non-routing speed of 1000mm/sec, repeatability of +/- 0.1mm and cutting speed of 100mm/sec max.
