Kester Launches NP545 Solder Paste

NP545 is a zero-halogen Pb-free no-clean solder paste reportedly capable of printing and reflowing 01005 components with minimal graping. Has unrefrigerated shelf life of six months and a shelf life of one year from date of manufacture when refrigerated. Is classified as ROL0 per IPC J-STD-004B.
