Series 320 Electronic Weld Head System is for welding wires to electrodes, electronic components and medical devices. Features inline and offset opposed electrode configurations for flexibility, and accurate force and position parameters, which provide process control and measurement. User-defined limits and weld-to-displacement feature stops weld precisely during collapse. User-friendly I/O offers four programmable relay outputs for integration with programmable logic controllers. Other features include initial part detection feature that detects missing or extra parts, and displacement limits that facilitate monitoring of both initial and final part thickness. Optional two-level footswitch or new linear motion footswitch makes it easy to initiate operations.
