Replaceable diaphragm reportedly eliminates dynamic fluid seals. Only nozzle plate and diaphragm contact fluid. TS9300HM syringe heater features disposable feed tube. Has thermal jacket designed around feed tube. Controller offers fluid management and standalone or remote control operation. PID auto-tuned temperature controllers with RTD sensors maintain uniform temperatures up to 150°C. Includes dual independent temperature controllers for jet and syringe heater. Dual trigger mode enables valve to dispense single drops, multiple drops and lines.
