LONDON – Revenues for semiconductors in the industrial sector exceeded those in the automotive sector for the first time in 2008, says Semicast Research.
TAIPEI – Foxconn Electronics (Hon Hai Precision Industry) reported April revenues of NT$94.4 billion, down 8.23% sequentially and 8.22% year-over-year.
SHENZHEN -- Nam Tai Electronics reported first-quarter revenues fell 30.6% from a year ago to $102.2 million.
BILLINGSTAD, NORWAY – Top 40 EMS firm Kitron’s revenue was NOK 571.2 million in first quarter of 2009, up 15.4% year-over-year.
SALT LAKE CITY -- Huntsman reported a first-quarter revenue drop of 33% from last year to $1.69 billion as demand for chemicals tanked.
