DRONTEN, THE NETHERLANDS – Totech Super Dry has opened a factory in The Netherlands.
Sales growth fueled by increasing awareness in the Americas of MSD handling concerns triggered the move, the firm says.
Totech EU was launched five years ago as a distribution and technical support channel.
Totech is a manufacturer of ultra-low humidity drying and storage cabinets.

TOKYO – Juki Corp. updated its forecast for its fiscal first half of 2009, predicting net sales of $275.3 million. The figure would be down 49% compared to 2008.
The net loss is expected to be nearly $87 million, compared to a net loss of $5.8 million during the same period last year.
Full fiscal 2009 net sales are expected to be $702.3 million, down 19.1% year-over-year. The net loss is forecast to be $103.7 million, compared to a net loss of $104.2 million in 2008.
Juki notes its current financial situation is influenced by the worldwide economic recession; business is falling short of its original projections.
The market for pick-and-place equipment hit bottom in the first quarter, the firm says, and the severe situation is continuing.
