EP41S-F two-part epoxy for bonding, sealing, coating and encapsulation applications combines ambient temperature cure speed with chemical resistance and superior electrical insulation properties.

Is reportedly easy to handle and has a 100:25 mix ratio by weight. After mixing, polymerizes quickly and can usually be removed from a fixture within 20-30 min. Full cures in 24 hr. at 75°F or 45-60 min. at 200°F. Delivers high strength values with a tensile lap shear strength of over 2,500 psi and a tensile strength of 8,000-9,000 psi. Bonds to variety of substrates including metals, composites, ceramics, glass and many plastics, with minimal shrinkage upon curing. Applies by brushing, dipping or gun dispenser. Shore D hardness exceeds 75. Is 100% reactive and contains no solvents or diluents. Serviceable over temperature range of -60° to +250°F. Comes in a variety of colors.
