Aqube HY9 hybrid cleaning system is pre-equipped for extended water management and is smart factory ready. Is a three-tank configuration with three separate circuits; can operate with two different detergents to deliver safe cleaning of PCBs, hybrids, stencils, screens, misprints, solder frames, carriers, and magazines. Operates a fully automatic process: cleaning; MediumWipe; rinsing with tap water; rinsing with DI water; drying, and closed-loop water processing. Capacity is 830 eurocards, four 736 x 736mm screens/stencils, or 28 solder carriers. Provides vertical and horizontal surround spray rotors system and VMH TurboDigital evaporative drying. Process chamber dimensions are 970 x 955 x 900mm.
