Sarcon 20GAR is a high-performance glass-fabric-reinforced thermal interface material for complex die-cut shapes.

Delivers thermal conductivity of 3.0W/m•K and exhibits thermal resistance of 0.17°C•in2/W. The 0.2mm thick reinforced film is suited for cooling high-power applications that commonly use an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) to regulate electrical current. Is a V‐0 equivalent material suited for applications with operational temperatures ranging from ‐40°C to +150°C. Is offered in rolls, pre-cut sheets or can be die-cut.
