Does not degrade high-speed printability and chemical reliability. Is designed to achieve low-voiding and reduce size of voids, especially in large-area components such as power discretes, LEDs and QFNs. Halogen-free ROL0 flux system. Comes in powder size type 3 and 4. Can be processed under air or nitrogen reflow atmospheres.
