SFX/VPC-AMC128 analog measurement card is a test extension module.

Can be used to measure and test analog voltages on 128 channels. Module can be integrated into inline test system Rapido, as well as into customer-specific test systems. Is based on eight separate AD converters. Each can convert two channels, enabling up to 16 channels converted simultaneously; up to 16 DUTs can be tested simultaneously in a parallel test. Each channel can be configured and started independent of measuring range. Can test and measure range of voltages in three different measuring ranges. Low-voltage applications and automotive applications with higher voltages (for example, 48V) can be supported. Each channel has input resistance of > 1MOhm. Controlled by standard Gigabit Ethernet interface. Module can be configured using embedded JTAG solutions software System Cascon.
