Aqube MV8 sTwin stencil cleaning system features dual-process chambers with independent operating control.

Capable of cleaning one or two stencils immediately following cleaning cycle (in parallel) or one stencil immediately and another stencil or squeegee(s) later (sequentially). Is reportedly suitable for large-scale manufacturing or flexible for low-volume, high-mix production environments. Has capacity up to 2 stencils (900 x 800 x 50mm or 35" x 32"). Is fully automatic, 4-step processing system with cleaning, MediumWipe, rinsing and CWA (compressed warm air) drying in the same process chamber. Cycle time is approx. 5 min. per stencil. Features PowerSpray technology. PowerSpray uses high-pressure, high-volume, magnetically coupled pump unit to draw controlled volume of cleaning fluid from cleaning tank with flow through a separate circuit into Asynchro spray rotor nozzles.
