VT-M121 2-D visual inspection machine performs dimension and visual inspection simultaneously to detect scratches and cracks.
Meets automotive industry standards. Enables automatic inspection on production line to achieve zero defects. Enables detection of defects using FH series image-processing system with illumination pattern of MDMC light that can change illumination color and angle. NJ damping control integrates sequence control and motion control; can minimize camera vibration and realize high-speed and high-accuracy inspection. Repeatable accuracy of 10µm.
