Smart Reflow Analyzer (SRA) is an integrated fixture and profiler designed to collect reflow oven-related data to analyze and track machine stability from run to run over time.

Contains built-in data collection module; is all-in-one smart fixture. Has six embedded thermocouples: three air TCs and three mass TCs used to calculate and display data for each oven zone, such as measured zone temperatures and side-to-side uniformity. Can identify changes in heat transfer in a zone over time through display of heat transfer index. Uses latest laser sensor technology to automatically measure conveyor speed. Routinely checks performance of machine and identify changes over time.
