UVCL-P and UVCL-X UV cure coatings feature a single-component, medium-low viscosity, dual-cure coating with secondary moisture cure for cure in shadow areas.

UVCL-P is the plus version of UVCL. Is a transparent, flexible coating resistant to thermal shock. Can be handled immediately with a chemical cure in 6 hr. Has max. operating temp. of 150°C. Meets requirements of UL94V-0 at thicknesses below 150µm. UVCL-X coating is UL746 qualified and meets requirements of UL94V-0 at thicknesses below 300µm. Is a green-opaque coating. Is flexible coating with excellent thermal conductivity 0.7 Wm-1K-1 for improved heat dissipation. Both are solvent-free, VOC-free and provide good performance in harsh environments, including resistance to cracking during thermal shock cycling. Boards have full cure reportedly guaranteed within 6-24 hr.
