ThermoActive Suite Plus software allows operators to use keyboard functions to execute in-process features such as thermal boost, extended soak, skip zone, and temperature averaging.

Has six general profiles. Automatically adjusts wattage required to achieve high-yield small-board, medium-board, and large-board rework. Does not require teach/learn mode; is capable of self-adjusting thermal output to reach safe reflow temperatures automatically. In auto profile mode, it responds by increasing or decreasing top heat relative to the environment, ramp rate, and temperature limits. Events module offers enhanced audio, visual, and machine function activation tools that allow operator to set up audio tones, visual operator messaging, and machine function activities such as forced air cooling and vacuum pump activation.
