Inspectis Offers OAI for Digital Camera Inspection
Overlay assisted inspection is for digital camera inspection systems.
Leverages software package v. 5.0. Uses Compare Windows, for example, where operator can compare live image to reference picture or compare two to four still images. Live image can be overlaid on reference picture with timer-controlled interval display. Identifies missing components, wrong polarity, misplacements and other defects on assembled PCBs. Features include built-in DXF creator and editor for producing scaled overlay graticules. Can create DXF file from object by optical edge detection, plus edit, draw patterns, shapes, add text and overlay on live image. Save in DXF or PNG format and display as digital graticule on live image. Package includes dedicated stand for alignment of boards. Can be used with Inspectis FHD or UHD (4K) microscopes.
