YRM20 chipshooter uses two head types: a high-speed, multi-purpose rotary head that, when combined with the high-speed feeder, delivers performance under optimal conditions of 115,000cph, as well as a one-head solution via inline (HM) head.

Has mounting accuracy of ±25μm (Cpk ≧ 1.0); supports 0201 (0.25mm x 0.125mm) sized component packages. Conveyor can handle max. board width of 510mm. Overdrive motion inherited from modular Sigma series has high-efficiency production and reduces head entry restrictions when front and rear tables interfere. GUI on operation screen has been renewed. Machine-control system is ready to handle escalating data speed and volume requirements. Application software interacts with peripheral systems and software. Combination of servo system and inline head achieves speed of 98,000cph. X beam reduces heat distortion.
