Checks metal stencil cleanliness and performs inspection of solder residue and particle deposit on metal stencil openings after cleaning. Solder residue and particles too small to detect visually can be detected. All openings in a specified area can be inspected. Each mask can be traced by registered control number. Preregistration of Gerber data is not required.
