JTAG ProVision 2020 PCBA test development software further simplifies processes for testing modern PCB assemblies fitted with miniature components in highly integrated packages.
Helps with development, manufacturing and testing of electronic products. Enables generation of reliable and repeatable tests with high fault coverage. DFT tools for initial design assessment and auto test generators are included for rapid deployment of effective structural tests. Structural and functional testing can be combined with high-speed device in-system programming. Test and programming applications can be reused from design debug through to repair. Additional modules further allow improved coverage analysis from early stages of design and allow test and programming applications to be integrated within third-party test solutions. User interface helps provide consistent approach to solving problems across all disciplines.
