Delo Offers Delolux 504 UV LED Lamp
Delolux 504 LED lamp is for curing UV adhesives. Features UV LEDs that reportedly achieve 3x the intensity of previous model.
Developed for high-speed production in electronics and automotive industries that require small areas to be irradiated and equipment to be integrated into existing systems. Has max. intensity of 4,000 mW/cm² at wavelength of 365nm. Higher intensity makes UV adhesives cure faster. Can be placed farther away from adhesive it is curing. Typical working distance range is between 6 and 15mm. Lamp head measures 42mm x 20mm x 7.3mm; is excellent for use in tight installation configurations. Passive cooling allows it to be used in clean rooms. Elliptical light exit area makes it possible to irradiate only certain areas. Typical irradiated area is 3mm x 8mm.
