DELO Releases Photobond PS4130, Katiobond PS6372 Adhesives
Photobond PS4130 and Katiobond PS6372 liquid pressure-sensitive adhesives have similar properties to double-sided adhesive tapes but are applied in liquid form.
Can be dispensed and join components with pressure. Components can then be handled immediately in automated process. Ideal for smartphone speakers or display frames. When irradiated by UV light, they create tacky surface. Process can be fully automated. Are suitable for high-output production. Acrylate-based Photobond PS4130 has similar properties to typical adhesive tape in terms of flexibility, peel resistance and strength. Is suitable for applications with short cycle times and moderate requirements on final strength. Has excellent damping properties and low outgassing values. Epoxy-based Katiobond PS6372 was developed for structural bonding applications requiring high strength. When fully cured, it achieves compression shear strengths over 30MPa on aluminum and over 10MPa on FR4.
