Supreme 70CN two-part epoxy adhesive is formulated using a natural, renewable and sustainable ingredient.

This moderate viscosity unfilled epoxy is black and can be used for bonding, sealing, coating and potting. Resists thermal cycling and is for bonding dissimilar substrates. Features tensile strength of more than 10,000psi and glass transition temp. of 125°-130°C. Bonds to metals, ceramics, many rubbers, plastic materials, and composites, with low shrinkage upon cure. Passes NASA low outgassing specifications, offers excellent chemical resistance, and is serviceable from -100° to 400°F. Volume resistivity exceeds 10¹⁴ ohm-cm. Relatively low exotherm. Shore D hardness of 75-85 at room temp. Mixed viscosity is 2,500 to 5,000cps, and working life is 60 to 90 min. Optimal cure schedule is overnight at room temp., followed by 4-5 hr. at 140°-170°F.
