MekCare is designed to meet differing support requirements.

Three levels of service and support are offered: remote, maintenance and calibration, and warranty plus. All plans provide unlimited access to iMentor for online access to software downloads, online self-training portal and application notes. Instant emergency telephone or web support is available, enhanced by Mek Remote Diagnostics. Global network of 50 support engineers is available. Maintenance and calibration package delivers preventative maintenance schedule and includes annual service visits and calibration, as well as iMentor access and remote support. Prior to calibration procedures, systems are cleaned, and drive systems are checked, greased and adjusted. Dedicated calibration plate for mechanics and optics is used to certify system until next calibration service. Recommended replacement of parts can be highlighted and scheduled. Software maintenance and PC checks are performed and available updates executed to bring systems up to date – or provide recommendations for upgrades. Warranty plus includes all benefits of remote and maintenance and calibration, with inclusion of replacement parts and additional onsite support day for training or other services. Advanced warranty plus subscription is automatically included with new installations for first year.
