ScatterFix 2.0 reduces interfering scattered radiation for massive test parts in CT techniques with flat-panel detector; reportedly ensures optimum surface determination and high-quality CT data. Supports fast 2-D DR inspections, using HDR filter to provide high-contrast, detailed fluoroscopic images. Is based on Geminy software. Operation via graphical icons, supported by various presets, menus, wizards, and automatic sequences. Height-adjustable control panel is arranged with joysticks and push buttons. Console extension on left or right side allows for mouse operation. Includes camera monitoring of interior, an indicator of x-ray beam by fan-beam laser, and safe control of inspection part manipulator with door open via push buttons on outer wall of cabinet.
