Features room temperature stability for six months, is composed of high temperature thermoplastic instead of thermoset – making it more tolerant to thermal cycling and offering enhanced flexibility, and has no need for ice packs/dry ice, meaning lower shipping costs and a low scrap rate, as well as eliminating costly storage. Also features superior bend test capability of up to 10mm with minimal electrical property change in addition to providing excellent moisture resistance and solder heat resistance.
