Has a 12″x 12″ measurable area for parts up to 9″ tall and selectable spot sizes accommodate a wide range of features; focal distances from .25″ to 3.5″. Features a cantilever door design to give operators easy access and a servo motor-driven programmable stage streamlines sample positioning. Also includes table-view functionality to image the entire measurable area and allow the operator to navigate to any location with a single click.
