Essemtec Puma Ultra achieves 30,000cph.
Places components from 008004 (0201 metric) up to 109 x 87mm. Full traceability software package comes standard. Feeder density is 260 (140 inline). Feeder solutions includes loose component solution, stick feeder, strip feeders, tray changer, bowl feeder and more. Nonstop production feeder changeover allows feeder replacement without interrupting production process. Optional dispensing capable of jetting to an average of 280,000 dots per hour on standard boards and nearly 500,000 dots per hour on BGA patterns. Optional onboard inspection.
