TORONTO -- EMS firm Adeptron Technologies today fourth quarter sales rose 31% year-over-year to $13 million. Gross profit rose 40% to $1.9 million. Net income swung to a $600,000 profit, versus a net loss of approximately $5.9 million a year ago.

LOUISVILLE, KY -- Sypris Solutions today reported revenue of $94.5 million for the fourth quarter compared to $103.7 million for the prior year period.
