BEAVERTON, OR -- Pentagon EMS, a supplier of tooling and fixtures for electronics assembly, has acquired nearby Proco Manufacturing. Terms were not disclosed.

Proco is a CNC machine shop located adjacent to Pentagon’s main facility in Beaverton, and the two companies have a longstanding relationship.

Proco management will work with customers during the transition, which is expected to take a month.

Pentagon has more than 50 employees in the US and Mexico.
