MONTREAL – Once a growing EMS company with three sites in Canada, Triton Electronik has closed its doors.

Later this month, the company will auction equipment from its 180,000 sq. ft. site in Kirkland, Ontario, outside Montreal.

Triton was founded in 1985 and grew organically and by acquisition, buying Accutech EMS in Kitchener, Ontario in 2003, and Positron Technologies in 2007. As sales turned down, the company consolidated into the former Positron plant in Kirkland.
