The site's workers will become Foxconn employees.
The companies did not disclose the financial terms, and the deal is pending European Union regulatory approval.
The site builds desktop, notebooks, servers and storage systems, according to published reports.
In a statement, Dell said the transfer will increase its efficiency. "Extending our relationship with Foxconn allows us to help customers grow and succeed by making the most of their IT investments in a way they've come to expect from Dell," said Sean Corkery, vice president of supply-chain operations.
Analysts for weeks have speculated Dell would shed its manufacturing operations. However, the company did not indicate whether other moves are planned.
